Amy Wagner
Contemporary painter, Amy Wagner, has been working primarily with oils since 2013. Her inspiration is informed by modern and traditional artists such as Pierre Bonnard, Richard Diebekorn and Beverly Erschell, artists who have a representational but painterly way of expressing life as observed by the creative eye. Wagner’s artistic sensibilities stem from a love of color. Through a modern expressionistic approach her paintings strive to capture energy and life. Wagner’s ultimate goal is for viewers to feel happiness and joy by enhancing their surroundings through everyday art. She is a member of the Anchorage Art Guild in Louisville, Kentucky and Artists of The Bluff in Palmetto Bluff, South Carolina. Wagner lives with her husband in South Carolina and Kentucky. You can view her work at FLOW Gallery in Palmetto Bluff and Revelry Gallery in Louisville (NULU), Kentucky.
